We will refund in the following situations:
- If you place an order on the website but have made a mistake and did not choose the right box or the right size, you can trade for another box. Unfortunately, we can’t refund if you do not trade for another box.
- If you place a complaint, accompanied with pictures and the quantity is clearly less than the average, or some produce are clearly damaged or rotten, we will refund, providing the complaint is placed on the same day of box delivery.
- If you cancel or pause your subscription, and you are still being charged for deliveries, we will refund all boxes delivered after the notice of subscription cancelation.
- If we do not deliver to you on the specified day.
We will not refund in the following situations:
- If you make a complaint about the quality or quantity, but do not submit pictures or do not send your complaint on the same day of delivery.
- If you make a complaint and the pictures do not show any problems with your box.
- If we have a delay in our delivery but still deliver to you on the correct day.
Any refund will be done through your bank account and we will process it on the very same day we receive your valid complaint. You should see it on your bank account within 3 working days.
